Feminine Flow

A soulful dance experience...

... that weaves breath, emotion, and sensuality into every movement. Through organic, intuitive flow—on the floor, along the walls, and around the pole—you’ll reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom.

Guided by music and gentle instruction, this class invites you into your own embodied journey within a safe, supportive space.

All parts of you are welcome here—your joy, your fear, your laughter, your tears. This is a sanctuary for full expression, deep self-connection, and shared sisterhood.

Modern culture has taught women...

... that their sensuality is only acceptable when it pleases or serves others — especially men.

It shames women for expressing sensuality for themselves, making their own bodies feel like a problem unless they're being used for someone else's gain or approval.

This work is about reclaiming that sensuality as sacred, powerful, and yours and using it to help you connect with your emotions and KNOW, in your body your full confidence and truth

Our Classes...

...are about learning to feel your emotions in your body, not just think about them in your mind.

Through guided movement, breath, and sensual expression, you'll discover how to let your body process and express what you’re feeling — whether that’s joy, grief, desire, or anything in between.

We move in ways that honor the natural intelligence of the feminine body — ancient, instinctual, emotional, and powerful.

This is about coming home to yourself, through your body.

You don’t need to be a dancer. Just a woman with a body and a story.

Sensual doesn’t have to mean sexual—but it should always feel sacred.

What you gain by taking this class:

  • Reconnect with your sensuality in a safe, sacred space.

  • Self expression- let your body lead the way—no choreography, no performance.

  • Reclaim the parts of you that have been shamed, silenced, or ignored.

  • Opportunities to move through emotions, not around them.

  • Cultivate presence, power, and pleasure—all in one space.

  • Feel deeply supported in a community of women on the same path.

  • Discover what it feels like to be fully in your body again.

  • Turn your movement into medicine.

  • Grow your acceptance of your body just the way she is.

About Your Guide

Cera Reine Meintzer

With over 25 years of experience leading dance and movement, Cera bring a lifetime of embodied wisdom to this work. She began dancing intuitively and in formal classes at the age of three, eventually attending university for dance and kinesiology and turning movement into both a passion and profession.

Cera is a trained life coach through the Mindfulness Coaching School and has practiced and taught meditation and breathwork for over 15 years.  Her work is grounded in somatic intelligence through 15 + years of training with a certified Hendricks Institute coach, learning and practicing with tools that bring the body and emotions into conscious alignment.

Cera has led countless women through fitness and dance experiences that go far beyond the physical — tapping into joy, healing, confidence, and power. Cera spent the past 1.5 years as a dedicated student of Sensual Flow, deepening her own relationship to feminine embodiment and the sacred language of sensual movement.

In addition to guiding this class, Cera is the founder of Denver Dance Tribe — a women-only dance community offering joyful, early evening events designed to celebrate feminine connection, freedom, and expression.

" I teach this class not just from technique, but from lived experience — because I've walked the path of reclaiming my own body, breath, and inner voice. And now I hold space for other women to do the same." - Cera
