MEDICAL WAIVER

You understand that Denver Dance Tribe (DDT) and Cera Reine LLC does is not liable for an injury's sustained while attending our events. We do not claim to offer dance education of any kind.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

All tickets purchased are final sale.  No refunds will be given except by consent of the owner. Refunds may be issued if the event is cancelled. Tickets can't be transfered between events.

DISCLAIMER

You agree that your use of our service(s) is solely at your own risk. You agree that all of our services are provided on an “as is,” and “as available” basis.  We make no warranty or representation that our service(s) will meet your requirements. You understand and agree that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our service is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us will create any condition or warranty not expressly made herein.  Denver Dance Tribe and Cera Reine LLC reserves the right to terminate any of its services at any time, with or without notice to you.

The name Denver Dance Tribe can only be using by Cera Reine LLC and it's partners.

Denver Dance Tribe and Cera Reine LLC reserves the right to change our policies and terms of agreement at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of our site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
